Factors for anxiety are caffeine, sodas and fruit juices and who doesn’t love coffee or a glass of OJ at the start of the day. You can get creative with juicing and add your favorite veggies or fruit .
You will need:
2 Green Apples
1 Bunch of Romaine Lettuce
1 Bunch of Kale
3 Handfuls Spinach
4 Celery Stalks
1 tablespoon of Stevia (optional)
(Organic ingredients should be used)
Add all ingredients to blender/ juicer and once done add Stevia if you prefer a bit sweeter.
Pour in your favorite cup with a lid to take on the go and enjoy!!!
